How do I create an account?
If you don’t have a Rayenge account yet, go to rouding.com and click Sign Up.
You can do this using your email, Facebook account, Google or Apple ID. Registration and account creation on Rayenge is free.
Be sure to complete your profile before submitting your booking request.

How do I change or reset my password?
How to reset your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log into your Rayenge account, please go to the reset page.
Enter the email you use on the platform and click Submit Password Reset Link. You will receive an email with a link.
How do I edit my account settings or my profile?
In your account settings, you can edit the information that appears on your Rayenge profile, such as your main profile photo or email address.

The profile contains the following sections:
- Edit Profile: Updates basic information about you, including your phone number and email address that you will send when you confirm reservations.
- Photo: Upload a photo from your computer, or shoot with a mobile device or webcam. To receive guests or book accommodation, you need a photo that clearly shows your face. Guests are not required to upload a photo when registering on Rayenge and for booking unless requested by the host. Travelers can delete profile pictures at any time.
- Trust and Confirmation: Confirm your information, such as government-issued ID, which some hosts require.
- Reviews: After you check out, you can write reviews and read what the hosts think of you.
- Booking permits: If you are using Rayenge for business, you can book and manage business travel. Learn more about third party reservations.
You can also click View Profile to see how others see your profile.
How do I change phone numbers in my account?
To change your phone number:
- Go to your account on airbnb.com (or profile on mobile)
- Select Personal information
- Next to the phone number, select Change
- From here you can change the number, add another phone number or delete the number if you have more than one on the list
- When you are finished making changes, select Close
You can add as many numbers as you like to your account. However, if more than one phone number is listed, or your phone number is used by multiple accounts, you will not be able to use the phone number to sign in to your account.
Please note that once the booking is confirmed, all phone numbers in the account will be shown to the other party, whether you are a guest or a host.
How do I link my Facebook and Google profiles to my Rouding account?
Depending on your privacy settings, when you connect your Facebook or Google accounts to Rayenge, you will see connections with other users: directly or through mutual acquaintances. Social media accounts will show your activity on Rayenge to friends who also use the platform. They will be able to see the username, profile photo and recently visited places.
To connect your Facebook or Google account:
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Select Login & Security.
- In the Social Networking Accounts section, select Connect next to the accounts you want and follow the instructions.
To disable your Facebook or Google accounts:
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Select Login & Security.
- In the Social Networking Accounts section, select Disconnect next to the desired accounts.
When Facebook or Google is disabled, Rayenge maintains a link to these profiles. In this case, actions on Rayenge will not be published for friends.
Other people will still be able to view your public content, such as bookmarks or reviews.
If you linked Facebook or Google, but the list of links is empty, it means that your friends have not yet registered on Rayenge. Invite them and earn a travel bonus.
Who can rent an apartment on Rayenge?
Advertisements are posted by real people who will gladly inform you of everything you need for arrival and comfortable stay. They interact with guests in different ways depending on the type of accommodation booked or the experience.
Almost anyone who has reached the age of majority can become the host or organizer of (Rayenge). We do not charge any fees for registering on the platform and posting ads.
Home owners
Accommodation owners must meet 4 requirements: overall rating, response rate, number of cancellations, and share of bookings accepted.
A variety of accommodations are available on (Rayenge), such as Whole Homes, B & Bs and Hotels, Family and Unique options. Some hosts meet guests in person, while others provide information needed for self-arrival. Before traveling or during their stay, travelers can contact the host country on various issues.
How to receive guests?
You can create your ad in the Host section of your profile. The published ad will appear in search results within 72 hours.
