How to read and send messages?
Messaging on Rayenge begins with a guest sending a booking or booking request. After that, in the “Inbox” appears the correspondence associated with the application or request.
To read or post messages, sign in to your Rayenge account. You can send no more than 30 messages within 24 hours.
How to read or send a message:
- Open Messages.
- Select Travel or Welcome.
- Click on a conversation to read old messages or send a new one.
How to remove a message from your Inbox:
- Open Messages.
- Click Travel or Hosting.
- Hover your cursor over the conversation you want to delete and select Archive.
To read deleted messages, click the drop-down menu above the messages and select Archive.
If you are not satisfied with the progress of the correspondence or the interlocutor asks to make a payment outside Rayenge, click the checkbox next to the message to notify us about it.
To view the correspondence and additional information, click the message (on the computer) or Details (at the top of the Rayenge application screen). The following will be displayed:
- Host or guest profile, including number of reviews, confirmations, and description;
- details of booking and payment (date of application, number of guests, price breakdown);
- events such as booking confirmation, pre-approval and special offers (by correspondence);
- reminders at the top of the page above correspondence (for example, bookings and booking requests);
hosts will also see a miniature calendar, their earnings and how much the guest will pay.
How can I contact the organizer?
After confirming the trip or experience
If you have an accepted booking or a confirmed Experience, you can contact the host or host through the Trips section of rouding.com. To do this, find the booking you want and write to the host or organizer from there.
The email address and telephone number of the host or host is also listed in the travel or experience correspondence.
After a trip or an experience
If you need to contact the host or host after your trip, send a message from your Inbox.
Disputes and payment issues can be dealt with in the Problem Resolution Center on the website.
